The annual planning meeting is where the youth plan the upcoming year:

  • select the weekly meeting themes
  • monthly campout locations and ideas
  • 2020 summer camp
  • mid adventure
There will also be youth training on the various leadership positions
 
All high school aged Scouts will be part of the Venture Crew next year and will meet to elect officers and plan Crew-specific activities
 
The adults are invited to come out on Saturday (unless you wish to stay all weekend) for:
